About Semaglutide Dosage

Why we built this

How we research
Every dosage fact on this site is traceable to a primary source. In order of priority:
- Current FDA-approved prescribing information (the "label") for each product. Labels are re-checked quarterly.
- Novo Nordisk patient-information leaflets and medication guides.
- Peer-reviewed publications of the pivotal trials (STEP, SUSTAIN, PIONEER, STEP UP, SELECT).
- Professional society guidance (American Diabetes Association Standards of Care; Endocrine Society; AACE).
- Internal policy and a registered pharmacist's review before anything is published.
We avoid citing Reddit, Twitter, or non-peer-reviewed content. When we quote a trial, we link the original paper.
Editorial independence
